1. Information We Collect

SessionPulse collects only the information necessary to provide the service:

• Email address and password (for account creation and authentication)
• Trading journal entries you create within the app
• Timezone preference stored locally on your device

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to your account
• To store and retrieve your trading journal entries
• To send market alerts you have explicitly enabled

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

SessionPulse uses the following third-party services to deliver market data and AI features:

• Financial Modeling Prep — market data
• Finnhub — real-time quotes
• Anthropic Claude — AI-generated market summaries

These services receive only the data necessary to fulfill your requests and are governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page within the app. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

SessionPulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
